NCA Pharmacokinetics (PK) Calculator

Perform non-compartmental pharmacokinetic analysis (NCA). Input concentration-time profiles to calculate key exposure and elimination parameters (AUC, Cmax, half-life, clearance, Vd).

Study Setup & Data

Time (hr) Concentration (ng/mL)
Number of final points used for log-linear regression of elimination rate constant ($\lambda_z$).
NCA Methodology:
• Area calculations use the Linear Trapezoidal Rule.
• Terminal rate $\lambda_z$ determined via least-squares regression of log concentration against time.
• Extrapolated AUC calculated as $C_{last} / \lambda_z$.

PK Results & Curve

Enter concentration-time data and click run to calculate PK parameters.
Regulatory & Scientific Reference:
Non-compartmental analysis is the standard method for determining exposure metrics in pharmacokinetics study designs, recommended by the FDA, EMA, and ICH. Parameters Clearance (Cl) and Volume of Distribution (Vd) for extravascular/oral dosing are expressed as apparent values (Cl/F and Vd/F, where F is bioavailability).
⚠ Disclaimer For educational and reference use only. Bioequivalence and clinical PK assessments must be verified using validated, regulatory-compliant PK software (e.g. Phoenix WinNonlin) before submission.
